All persons engaged in or observing shooting activities, including members and non-members, shall sign a release of liability approved by the Board of Directors of the Lewiston Sportsmen’s League prior to commencement of any shooting activities. Non-members shall sign additional releases of liability for any visits occurring during subsequent calendar years.

Prior to commencement of shooting activities verification by way of picture identification of the name, address and date of birth prior of each shooter shall be provided.

All minors (individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years) engaging in shooting activities shall be accompanied by a parent, responsible adult or guardian who is over the age of eighteen (18) years. The supervising parent, responsible adult or guardian shall sign a release prior to commencement of any shooting activities on their own behalf and on behalf of the minor.

Except for the League’s annual Sight in Days event held on November 13^th and 14^th of each year, the use of the west rifle range (100- and 200-yard range) is restricted to League members only.

Unaccompanied guests or non-members are not allowed to shoot on the premises of the Lewiston Sportsmen’s League.

Guests or reciprocating club members shall be accompanied on the Sporting Clays Course by a League member. No more than three (3) guests or reciprocating club members shall be sponsored, hosted and/or supervised by a League member at any one time.

All fees incurred by guests or reciprocating club members shall be paid by the League member who hosts the guest(s) or reciprocating club member(s).

Guests may only shoot on the Sporting Clays Course a maximum of two (2) times. Members of reciprocating clubs may only shoot on the Sporting Clays Course a maximum of two (2) times per calendar year.

Any member, non-member, guest or minor who disobeys the requirements and provisions of this policy or who failures to follow and adhere to the terms of this policy or any other policies or rules promulgated by the Board of Directors of the Lewiston Sportsmen’s League shall be subject to sanctions as determined by the Board of Directors of the League by way of penalties, including but not limited to barring from further use of or access to the premises, and/or suspension or termination of membership status.
